Custom design appointments
I'm available for custom design appointments between 8 AM and 8 PM Pacific Time, by arrangement. We can meet virtually wherever you are, or in person in Vancouver, Victoria or the Comox Valley.
Based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, even design works with clients worldwide.

Tell me a little about what you have in mind, including your timeline and where you're located. If you know the size you're looking for, that's helpful too, but don't worry if you're still figuring out the details.
A little about custom jewellery pricing
Every custom piece is designed and made individually, with care, experience and attention to detail.
Custom projects generally start at $1,000 CAD, depending on the design, materials and complexity.
If you have a budget in mind, please include it in your enquiry. That helps me understand what's possible and whether we're a good fit for your project.

I want you to be happy with your jewellery. If something isn't right, please get in touch — I'm always happy to help.
Ready-to-wear jewellery can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it's in its original condition. You're welcome to try it on! Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces generally aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. A 50% deposit is required for custom jewellery once the design and quotation have been approved. This deposit is non-refundable from the time of payment, subject to applicable consumer rights.
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please contact me so we can make it right. Your applicable consumer rights are always respected.

I stand behind the jewellery I make. If you receive a piece with a defect or experience a problem that you believe is related to the workmanship, please get in touch.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please take a few photos of the piece and the packaging and send them to me so I can figure out what happened and how best to make it right.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and loss are not covered, but I'm always happy to discuss repairs and what can be done.
Online payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry security standards.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information where available. Delivery may take longer during holidays or due to circumstances outside my control.
If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, please get in touch and I'll help track it down.
If a piece you're interested in is out of stock, please get in touch and let me know which one you're looking for.
