SHIPPING & HANDLING

We utilize Canada Post's standard rates for shipments within Canada and the continental US. The rates are determined based on the recipient's location. Please note, a small handling fee will be added to your total.

BILLING

  • Online Orders: Your credit card or PayPal Account will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • Phone Orders: Your payment method will be charged only when your order is prepared for shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Damaged Items: If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at judi@evendesign.ca or 604.732.7248.
  • Return Conditions: Non-custom items bought from evendesign may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, products must be unused, in pristine condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.
  • Exchanges: Customers bear the shipping costs for exchanges, both to and from evendesign. Shipping fees from the initial purchase are non-refundable unless the exchange or return arises from an error on our part, like shipping the incorrect item.
  • Purchase Location: We can only process returns or exchanges for items bought directly from evendesign.ca, and a copy of your receipt is mandatory. Items procured from an evendesign retailer should be addressed at that specific retailer, adhering to their return and exchange guidelines.
  • Custom Pieces: If you're buying or have purchased a custom piece from evendesign, be aware that deposits for these items are non-refundable.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. At evendesign, we pledge never to share or sell your personal details. When you make a purchase, we request your email to keep you updated about your order, send confirmations, and occasionally share exciting evendesign updates. If you prefer not to receive our communications, you have the option to opt-out. Rest assured, all other personal data is securely stored and exclusively used for order processing.
