kathleen ring

Kathleen ring was a challenge that I enjoyed. I had some pictures of her and an heirloom diamond to work with, also the desire to have the themes of music and bicycles incorporated into the design. I could tell her style was minimal and funky. I knew I want the ring to be a soft square but we couldn't be sure of the size so I guessed. I decide to represent music with five lines of a music staff on one side and the lines of spokes on the other. I love the way it turned out and good news she did too :) and phew I guessed the size right!
